Case Scenario & interventions Assignment (40 points)

This assignment is the first step in the larger role play assignment (below) and will assist students in preparing that assignment.

Students will develop a detailed, 1-page case scenario about a fictional ADULT client, who is an African Woman. The client system should reflect cultural identities that differ from the student’s own in at least some respects. Think broadly about cultural identities—for example, economic status, gender identification, sexual orientation, education, sex, age, abilities, geography, race/ethnicity, etc. (1 page)

Students will identify treatment interventions to utilize that are consistent with the Attachment Theory Approach. This will use for the role play assignment. This page should list the theoretical approach, and at least two specific interventions that they feel would be beneficial to use with this client. Students will receive instructor feedback on the interventions they select here, and this feedback will assist students in preparing their final role play assignment (1 page)
