Discussion Chapter 6 indicates that none of the theories and models alone could address all aspects of complex policy making interactions in a comprehensive manner, which suggests the need for the development of hybrid simulation models. However, there are some challenges associated with building such hybrid simulation models. 

Based on the assigned readings, lecture, and additional research, what are some of the key challenges associated with developing and applying hybrid simulation models to policy making process and what are your recommendations to address your identified challenges?
