Also include who will be responsible for each role in your team. Creating your Team Rules 1) Use your knowledge of positive workplaces or experiences to build your team rules. Some of the rules you may want to include (but are not limited to): a) How often your team will meet?b) How will your team communicate with one another via FOL Email, discussion board?c) How will your team resolve differences in the group?2) Have everyone in your team contribute to these rules. 3) Have everyone in your team agree to these rules – remember this is not a dictatorship or a most vocal person determines the rules, it is a team effort. 4) As the course goes on week by week, your group may decide to revisit these rules, adjust them or remove them only by team consensus.5) Your group must create 10 – 15 rules.
