In this exercise, you are asked to read and understand the controversial issues involved in the USA PATRIOT Act.

Your will first be asked to identify the risks each provision of the Patriot Act creates in weakening or possibly denying Americans their Constitutional rights. Then, you will be asked to identify how these measures could help to prevent a future terrorist attack.

Write an opinion of at least 200 words on whether you believe the limitations on the Constitutional rights and civil liberties created by the USA PATRIOT Act are justified in our continuing fight against terrorism.Post Appendix B as an attachment.
